2016 (Sr.): Started in 61 games with a .284 batting average, 64 hits, 51 runs and 38 RBI … Lone player on the team to start in all 61 games on the season … Named team captain prior to the season … Led the team with six home runs, which ranked tied for eighth in the Mountain West … Ranked tied for second on the team in runs scored and third in RBI … Posted a .396 on base percentage and a .427 slugging percentage … Led the team and the conference with 16 hit by pitch … Posted a .943 fielding percentage at third base with 10 errors in 174 chances … Batted .287 in MW competition … Helped Nevada post a 20-4 record in its final 24 games, batting .345 with 30 hits, 28 runs and 16 RBI in that span … Also batted .400 with eight hits, nine runs and three doubles in the Mountain West tournament … Set a career-high with five RBI in a victory at Arizona State … Went 4-of-5 with two RBI and two runs while setting a season-high in hits in a win over Northwestern … Hit a home run in three straight games in May … Helped lead Nevada to a second place finish in the Mountain West and to its first MW tournament finals appearance in program history … Letter winner … Was named to the Preseason All-MW team.
