RENO, Nev. - Nevada Volleyball and Soccer are both in action this week, with both teams headed to the pacific north-west for two games each. Nevada Soccer is looking to avenge a loss in their season opener against Seattle and Portland State, whilst Nevada Volleyball open non-conference play in Portland, Oregon.

Nevada volleyball kicks off its season on the road, matching up against both Portland and Portland State on August 29 and 30, both at 1pm PT. These two games will be the first official match ups for new Head Coach Jason Borchin and his staff, with the Pack looking to make their mark early in the season in the pacific north-west. Nevada returns key players such as Junior Jess Walkenhorst and Senior Masyn Navarro. In the offseason, the Pack brought in a slew of new talent including transfers Paige Thies and Keely Hummel.
