RENO, Nev. - The Mountain West on Monday announced the opponent weekends for the 2026 football schedule. The Wolf Pack open its 2026 Mountain West home slate Saturday, September 26 against Air Force, with its final home game set for Saturday, November 21 against Hawai'i.

Nevada will have its only bye weekend from October 3-5, after which it will close the season with eight-straight weeks of action. That stretch begins with back-to-back road trips to new conference members UTEP (Oct. 10) and NDSU (Oct. 17), followed by October's lone home game October 24 against San José State.

Following the Pack's final non-conference contest at UCLA on Halloween, the November schedule begins Saturday, Nov. 7 at home against New Mexico. Nevada's trip to NIU takes place the following weekend, Nov. 14, followed by Senior Day against Hawai'i on Nov. 21.

The regular season closes with The Battle For The Fremont Cannon in Las Vegas, set for Saturday, Nov. 28.

Hawai'i and New Mexico highlight three 2025 bowl teams along with the defending FCS champion coming to Reno next fall. Last season's New Orleans Bowl champion, Western Kentucky, visits for the Pack's season opener on Saturday, September 5, with 2025 FCS National Champion Montana State coming to Mackay the following Saturday, September 12.

Nevada opened its spring practice season under third-year head coach Jeff Choate Monday, with the schedule concluding Friday, April 10.
