Stockton, Calif. – Nevada (19-10) picked up another road win (5-1) in Stockton, California over the Pacific Tigers (9-20).

The Wolf Pack came out on fire as Katie Wetteland hit a two-run home run to give Nevada the 2-0 lead early on. Pacific cut the deficit in half with a run of its own in the bottom of the first inning.

The there was a battle in the fifth and sixth inning, but both remained scoreless. In the top of the seventh the Wolf Pack built up momentum when freshman Gianna Serrano hit a single to right field bringing in Lexi O'Gorman to extend the lead once again. Haylee Engelbrecht followed that up with a sacrifice fly to center allowing Hannah Di Genova to score solidifying the win at 5-1.

Starting in the circle was Talia Tretton who gave up only two hits, one run, and stuck out four in three innings before handing it over to Ainsley Berlingeri. Berlingeri allowed no hits and no runs with a strike out over three innings. Hailey McLean finished out the seventh for the Pack.
