Nevada Softball will return home 4-1 after its 5-1 win against the LMU Lions. Three members of the Pack hit career milestone during Sunday's game.

Saige Alfaro hit a personal milestone as soon as the lineups came out, playing in her 100th career game with her start at third base. Alfaro played 96 games at her previous school, Canisius.

Righty Hailey McLean had another outstanding performance in the circle, carrying a perfect game into the fifth inning and a no-hitter into the sixth. McLean pulled herself out of two situations with runners in scoring position. In the fifth, McLean lost her perfect game to a hit-by-pitch. After the runner was bunted to second, LMU lined and flew out to end the inning. In the sixth, with runners of the corners and the tying run in the batter's box, McLean struck out the Lion to end the inning. That inning-ending strikeout marked McLean's 200th career strikeout, carrying over 186 from her seasons at Utah State.

Nevada opened the scoring in the first inning with a double to the left field fence allowing Aaliyah Jenkins to score from first base. The Nevada offense would be stymied for the next couple of innings, only getting one base runner between them.

The top of the fourth saw the scoring pick up again when Maya Larsen hit an RBI single to score Matlyn Leetch. The run was Larsen's first RBI of the season.

With two outs in the fifth inning Jenkins walked to set up a two-run home run for Hannah Di Genova, her second of the season and extending her hit streak to five games. Right after Di Genova's homer, Avery Cordell legged out a double for her first collegiate hit.

A trio of singles scored a run for LMU. However, a Lexi O'Gorman flare dropped in front of the diving left fielder, getting O'Gorman her second career triple and scoring Jenkins for the third time in the game.

Nevada improves to 4-1 on the season and will head to Houston Next week to play at the Houston Invitational. The Pack will play Incarnate Word and Houston on both Friday and Saturday, with a game against Pittsburgh on Sunday.
