BERKELEY, Calif. – Pack fall to the Golden Bears in the final regular season game of the season, as Cal holds Nevada offense to one run.
 
The Pack and Golden Bears were scoreless through three and a half innings until the Golden Bears put up the first run of the game with an RBI double.
 
Maile Olsen answered with a solo home run over the left field wall, tying the game at one.
 
Cal added three runs in the fifth for the lead, with a two RBI double and an RBI single. Cal added their fifth and final run of the game scoring on a throwing error.
 
The Pack put two on in the top of the seventh but a phenomenal catch in foul territory ends the game.
 
Carley Brown got the start for the Pack going 4.2 innings, striking out, issuing no walks, and allowing four runs on six hits. Only one run was earned.
 
Tyra Clary came in for relief in the fifth finishing the game going 1.1 innings, striking out one, allowing no walks, and one run on one hit, although unearned.
 
Up Next:
The Pack head to Boise, Idaho for the 2024 Mountain West Tournament. Seeding is to be determined following the conclusion of conference play.
