RENO, Nev. – With the Pack's thirteen runs in today's doubleheader, the 2024 team is now the highest scoring team in Nevada history with 328 runs.

Game 1, 2-0 (W)
The Pack and Hornets were scoreless through two innings until
Chelie Senini singled up the middle scoring
Bailie Clark, taking the 1-0 lead. The Pack added the second and final run of the game with an RBI single from
Tatum Maytorena scoring Senini.

Carley Brown pitched a complete game shutout, allowing just two hits. Brown struck out seven and issued one walk in seven innings.

Game 2, 11-3 (W, 5 inn.)
Pack put up the first run of the game with a sac fly from Gilliano scoring Senini who reached base on a leadoff bunt single.

The Hornets put up all three of their runs in the second with a two RBI single and an RBI single. The Pack came within one in the third with an RBI single from Maytorena.

Nevada put up an eight run third inning starting with
Taryn Jenkins reaching on a fielder's choice and
Bridgette Gilliano scoring on a throwing error from the second baseman to tie the game. Baile Clark followed with an RBI double scoring A. Jenkins.
Maile Olsen picked up her first hit of the day with an RBI single scoring T. Jenkins to take the 5-3 lead.
Charli Hawkins reached on a fielder's choice scoring B. Clark to double the lead. Olsen was brought home on a wild pitch, Pack extends lead, 7-3. Senini picked up the third hit of the inning scoring
Matlyn Leetch who came in to pinch run for Hawkins.
Haley Painter homered for the fourteenth time this season in the form of a two-run shot bringing home Senini.

The Pack walked it off to run-rule the Hornets with an RBI single from Painter to score Maytorena who reached base on a lead off walk.

Blake Craft went the full five innings striking out four, walking one, allowing three runs on four hits.
