RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The Pack swept the first day of the Amy S. Harrison Classic with victories over Southern Utah and UC Riverside.
Game 1, 4-0 (W)
In the first game of the day,
Gabby Herrera broke the scoreless tie in the bottom of the fourth with an RBI single scoring
Taryn Jenkins for the Pack's first run of the day.

Chelie Senini making it 2-0. The next batter, Herrera, capitalized on a two RBI single scoring
Bridgette Gilliano and
Haley Painter.
Blake Craft pitched a complete game shutout with 12 strikeouts only allowing four baserunners. She allowed two hits, no runs, and walked one.
Taryn Jenkins went 3-3.
Game 2, 6-2 (W)
In the second game, UC Riverside jumped on the scoring early on with a leadoff home run taking a quick 1-0 lead. The Highlanders added another run with an RBI single in the bottom of the third.
The Pack turned it around with a
Charli Hawkins three-run home run in the top of the fourth scoring
Aaliyah Jenkins and
Gabby Herrera.
Gilliano singled in the top of the fifth scoring Senini and extending the lead, 4-2.
The Pack capped off the scoring with Gilliano tacking on another RBI single scoring
Tatum Maytorena. Herrera singled scoring Senini, solidifying the 6-2 win.
Tyra Clary pitched seven innings in relief striking out six, allowing one run on four hits, and walking two.
Chelie Senini went 3-4.
