RENO, Nev. - Nevada Women's Basketball will take on Stanislaus State in an exhibition game on Wednesday at 6:30 PM before the start of the season next week.
As part of Pack Provisions, admission will be free with the donation of a canned food item. Fans are also encouraged to wear Halloween Costumes and kids will get the opportunity to trick-or-treat on the court after the game.
Exactly a week out from the start of the 2024-25 campaign, the Wolf Pack will look to use the exhibition to get prepared to take on the Oregon Ducks at 7 PM on November 6.
Last year, Nevada faced Stanislaus State in the regular season where the Wolf Pack came away with a 35-point victory.
The Pack returns several key starters, including
Audrey Roden,
Lexie Givens,
Victoria Davis and
Kennedy Lee,
Dymonique Maxie and
Izzy Sullivan
In the off-season, four new faces were added to the roster. Transfers
Ahrray Young,
Imbie Jones and
Amelia Raidaveta, joined by freshman
Kendra Hicks, add depth to the already strong list.
Wednesday night's match-up will be the first chance for the Pack to take the home court this season and prepare for the opponents to come.
