SAN JOSE, Calif. -Â Nevada closed the weekend with a 9-1 win against the San Jose State Spartans.
Aaliyah Jenkins hit her first grand slam of the season in the top of the third inning to extend the lead for the Pack.
Charli Hawkins started us off at the top of the first with a two-RBI double. In the same inning, Alycia Coats and Bridgette Gilliano drove two walks with bases loaded for two runs across.
Madison Clark, Haylee Engelbrecht, Chelie Senini, and Maile Olsen tallied one hit for the Pack. Clark recorded an RBI single in the third inning to drive Olsen across.
Clark, Senini, and Olsen also recorded one stolen base each.
Carley Brown threw a complete game of five innings. Brown gave up two hits, one run, and strikeout three players.
