RENO, Nev. – Nevada Athletics announced the promotional schedule for the 2022 Wolf Pack Football campaign, Friday.

The Wolf Pack's 2022 home slate features six contests at Mackay Stadium, including afternoon kickoffs of 2:30 p.m. Sept. 3 and 10 against Texas State and Incarnate Word, respectively.

The Pack's home schedule then rolls into Mountain West play, beginning with a Friday night kickoff against Colorado State (Oct. 7, 7:30 p.m.), and Saturday night clashes against San Diego State (Oct. 22, 7:30 p.m.), Boise State (Nov. 12, 7:30 p.m.), and Fresno State (Nov. 19, 7:30 p.m.).

Each of the Pack's home contests will feature the Wolf Pack Concert Series, with live music on the tailgate stage, presented by Nevada Toyota Dealers and Pepsi.

The Wolf Pack's Sept. 3 home opener against Texas State will be "Home Is Nevada" Day, as the Ken Wilson Era officially kicks off in front of the home crowd. The following Saturday, with Incarnate Word coming to Reno, will be the Pack's "Salute to Service" Day. As part of this promotion, Nevada Athletics will run its "Seats for Soldiers" ticket special, in which Wolf Pack fans can go to MyNevadaTickets.com, and use the promo code MILITARY to purchase a ticket that will be donated to a servicemember.

The Pack will call attention to the importance of Mental Health Awareness leading up to and during Oct. 7's Mountain West home opener against Colorado State.

Oct. 22's contest against San Diego State will highlight Nevada's Homecoming Weeklocal, while the Pack will celebrate Native American Heritage Night when Boise State comes to town Nov. 12.

Nevada's regular-season schedule will conclude with Senior Night, Nov. 19, as the Pack hosts Fresno State.

Nevada, with first-year head coach Ken Wilson at the helm, opens the campaign Aug. 27 at New Mexico State.
