No. 14/17 Nevada to play San Diego State in semifinals of MW Championship Friday
• No. 14/17 Nevada (29-3) will play San Diego State (20-12) at 6 p.m. on Friday in the semifinals the Air Force Reserve Mountain West Championships.  The Wolf Pack and Aztecs split the two meetings this season.
• Musselman is 6-2 in the MW Tournament and Nevada is 6-5 in its seven MW Tournaments.
• The Aztecs defeated Nevada in the semifinal last season 90-73. • The Pack's 29 wins is tied for the school record with the 2006-07 and 2017-18 teams for the most in school history.  The 29 wins is tied for second most in Division I this season.  The 58 wins the last two seasons is the best two-year win total in school history.  • The Pack's 29-3 record is the best after 32 games in school history. 
A veteran group, Nevada has six redshirt seniors in Caroline, Caleb Martin, Cody Martin, Tre'Shawn Thurman, Trey Porter and Corey Henson.  A redshirt senior has made 158 of a possible 160 starts.  Jazz Johnson and Nisré Zouzoua are both fourth year juniors. • Johnson has two 20-point games in the last three, 27 at Air Force and 20 in the quarterfinal win over BSU  ...  In the last three games he 13-of-22 (59%) from behind the arc  ...  At AF he made 7-of-10 3-pointers. • Caleb Martin has scored 20 or more points in nine of the last 12 games which includes 30 in the home win over Boise State  ...  He scores 60.3 percent (378-of-627) of his points in the second half ...
