No. 12/13 Nevada seeks season sweep of intrastate rival UNLV on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
• No. 12/13 Nevada (25-2, 12-2 MW) hosts instrastate rival UNLV (15-12, 9-6 MW) on Wednesday in a game that is part of the Silver State series.  The Pack has won the last three and Eric Musselman is 6-2 vs. UNLV.
• Nevada has won its last 16 home games including all 13 this season. It is the sixth longest active streak in  Division I and third longest ever at Nevada.  The Pack's 25 wins is third most in NCAA I.
• The Pack's 25-2 record is the best after 27 games in school history.  The 25 wins is tied for sixth most at Nevada.  The school record is 29 by the 2006-07 and 2017-18 teams.
• The 12-2 MW record is tied with 2017-18 team for the best in school history after 14 games.  The 2017-18 team posted a 15-3 MW record on the way to a second consecutive MW regular season championship.


A veteran group, Nevada has six redshirt seniors in Jordan Caroline, Caleb Martin, Cody Martin, Tre'Shawn Thurman, Trey Porter and Corey Henson.  A redshirt senior has made 133 of a possible 135 starts.  Jazz Johnson and Nisré Zouzoua are both fourth year juniors. • Caroline will play his 100th game for the Pack on Wednesday vs. UNLV ...  He is 22 points from 2,000 in his college career, 25 points from 1,700 points at Nevada and two rebounds from 900 at Nevada  ... Caroline averaging near a double-double scoring 18.3 points and grabbing 9.6 rebounds per game ... He has 15 double-doubles this season and 42 in his Nevada career that is fourth in school history  ...  The 42 double-doubles broke the MW record of 40 held by Kawhi Leonard (SDSU, 2009-11) and Andrew Bogut (Utah, 2003-05).  ...  The Pack is 40-2 when he posts a double-double  ...  He scored 40 points in the win at CSU 30 in the first half making his first six 3-pointers which is his career high. • Caleb Martin scores 62.3 percent (324-of-520) of his points in the second half ... Five times he has scored 20 or more points in the second half  ...  He averages 12 points in the second half and 7.3 in the first half.  • Cody Martin leads the MW averaging 5.2 assists per game as does his 2.8 assist/turnover ratio  ...  Nationally he is 26th in assist/turnover ratio and 53rd in assists per game  • Caleb (30) and Cody (21) Martin combined for 51 points in the home win over BSU, two off their combined high of 53 last season at Utah State  • Caroline combined with Caleb Martin to score 65 of the Pack's 98 points at CSU  ...  Johnson made his first start for the Pack in the Fresno State game.
