The Office of Athletics Compliance at the University of Nevada is committed to ensuring institutional compliance with the rules and policies of the National Collegiate Athletics Association, the Mountain West Conference, and the University of Nevada.

Compliance staff will achieve this goal with a three-pronged approach based on Education, Monitoring, and Reporting. 

Once educated on all applicable rules and regulations, University of Nevada staff members, student-athletes, and friends of the University are responsible for adhering to those rules and for reporting to the Office of Compliance any inadvertent rules infractions.

The Office of Athletics Compliance will work to assist staff members in navigating NCAA and conference rules in a forthright and efficient manner that facilitates success on the playing fields while safeguarding the integrity of the University.
