No. 6 Nevada faces No. 20 Arizona State in Basketball Hall of Fame Classic
• Winners of eight in a row to start the season for the second year in a row, the No. 6 Wolf Pack plays its second Pac-12 foe in a row in No. 20 Arizona State at STAPLES Center in the Basketball Hall of Fame Classic in Los Angeles on Friday.  The Pack are playing in the event for the second consecutive year.
• The 8-0 start equals the best in the Division I era.
• The Pack is currently sixth in the AP and USA Today Coaches polls.  
• Nevada is currently 4-0 in a six-game road trip, with 25 days between home games.
• Caleb Martin is Nevada's first preseason All-America selection being named to the AP and ESPN teams.
• Jordan Caroline is averaging a double-double scoring 18.5 points and grabbing 10 rebounds per game.  Caroline has six double-doubles in eight games this season and 33 in his career that is fourth in school history.  The Pack is 31-2 when he posts a double-double.  His four game double-double streak ended at Loyola Chicago.
• Caleb Martin leads the team averaging 19.9 points per game despite not scoring a point in the first half of the BYU and Pacific games.  Of his 159 points 108 have come in the second half, 68%.
• A veteran group, Nevada starts five redshirt seniors in Caroline, Caleb Martin, Cody Martin, Tre'Shawn Thurman and Trey Porter.  A sixth Corey Henson comes off the bench.
• Cody Martin leads the MW in assists per game (6.5 apg) and assist/turnover ratio (4.3 a/to).  He is 21st and 17th  respectively in the two categories in Division I.
• In four games this season the Pack has had five players score in double figures with one being six in the victory over California Baptist.
