RENO, Nev.
- Seven members of the Nevada Wolf Pack track & field team have been named to the All-Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field team after participating in this weekend's conference championships.

Seniors Emily Myers, Nicole Wadden, Fiyin Olusola, and Kadeisha Hield as well as juniors Brittany Graves and Katia Coquis Lossio, along with freshman Karoline Sauer, all earned honors for their performances at the conference championships. The seven Wolf Pack student-athletes, including four seniors, led Nevada to its best outdoor championships finish since joining the Mountain West.

"We had our best conference championship meet in years," said head coach Shantel Twiggs, who has been leading the Pack for 13 years now. "Getting all those medals, and now this recognition, really reflects that. I can't wait to see what all out athletes do at the NCAA meets."

The four seniors all set school records this past weekend. Olusola took bronze in the 100 meter hurdles, Wadden took bronze in the high jump and Kadeisha took bronze in long jump. Myers was also recognized for her performance in the steeplechase as she took silver.

Overall, the Wolf Pack took fourth in their best finish since the 2011 outdoor season.
