RENO, Nev. - Peter Herman has joined the staff of University of Nevada head men's basketball coach Eric Musselman. Herman will serve as a graduate assistant for the Wolf Pack this season.
Herman spent the last two seasons at NCAA II Winona State as a student assistant. The last two summers he has worked numerous basketball camps throughout the country; at Kentucky, Wisconsin, North Dakota State, Army, Memphis, Minnesota, Virginia Tech, Iowa State, Texas and Marquette.
He has worked as a member of the support staff with the 17U and 18U USA Basketball teams at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Herman also was an assistant coach with the La Crosse Logan junior reserve high school basketball team.
Herman played football one season at Winona State as a defensive lineman. The 22-year old Arcadia, Wis. and 2012 Arcadia High School graduate received his degree in K-6 elementary education with a minor in coaching and reading instruction from Winona State in 2016. He is the son of Alan and Monica Herman.
