RENO, NEV. – Heavy rain overnight in Reno has postponed the Nevada softball team’s series opener with Fresno State. The two teams will play a doubleheader tomorrow at Hixson Park starting at 1 p.m.
The Pack (30-12, 8-7 MW) has seen its last four games get either postponed or canceled and have not played since April 24.
All softball alumni in attendance will be honored on the field before tomorrow’s first game at 12:30 p.m. Also being honored will be the 2006 WAC Tournament Championship team, the first team in program history to advance to an NCAA Regional.
