NEVADA HOSTS MONTANA IN CBI FIRST ROUND WEDNESDAY
• Nevada (19-13) hosts Montana (21-11) in a first round game of the College Basketball Invitational on Wednesday at 7 p.m. It is the Pack's 14th postseason appearances and third in the CBI.
• The Wolf Pack won the last meeting 70-64 in Missoula, Mont. on Dec. 10, 2011.
• Nevada has won the last two meetings, three of the last five but the two teams have split the last 10 games.
STATS OF NOTE
• Freshman Cameron Oliver was named to the MW Championships All-Tournament team after posting back-to-back double-doubles with 26 points and 15 rebounds vs. UNM and 21 points and 10 rebounds in the semifinal game with SDSU. All were game highs.
• Senior Tyron Criswell scored 20 points in the quarterfinal win over UNM and totaled 14 in the SDSU semifinal game . Criswell has scored 20 or more points in four of the last six games.
• Oliver and Cooper combined to score 68 (81-of-119) percent of the Pack's points at the MW Championships. They were the only Nevada players to score in double figures and did it in both games. The next highest point total was seven twice by D.J. Fenner and Eric Cooper, Jr.

TEAM NOTES
• One more win and the 2015-16 team would be the 13th in 102 years of Nevada basketball to win 20 games. The last team to win 20 games was the 2011-12 squad that went 28-7 and won the WAC regular season title.
• Nevada's 19 wins is 10 more than the nine the team had last season when the squad posted a 9-22 mark.
• The Wolf Pack's 10 Mountain West victories is twice the five last season and tied for the most in program history. The Pack also won 10 MW games in 2013-14 to finish tied for third.
• Nevada has started 12 different lineups this season.
• Nevada is 9-4 in games decided by five points or less and 3-1 in overtime games.
• Nevada is tied for the 15th most improved team in the country over last season
• Nevada's 19-13 record is its best overall record since joining the Mountain West in 2012-13. The 19 wins is the most since the 2011-12 team went 28-7.
• Nevada tops the MW in blocks per game (5.7), defensive rebounds per game (28.44) and rebounds per game (40.91). The Pack is second in field goal percentage defense (39.2), free throws made (586), free throw percentage (73.2), offensive rebounds per game (12.47), 3-point field goal percentage (31.6), and total blocks (182).
• Nevada is sixth in the country with 5.7 blocks per game and ninth with 182 total blocks. The Pack had a season-high 11 blocks at Oregon State.
• The Wolf Pack is only one of two teams in the Mountain West, UNLV being the other, that ranks in the top three in blocked shots (5.7 bpg), steals (7.3 spg) and field goal percentage defense (39.2%)
• Nevada has four players averaging double figures led by senior Marqueze Coleman's 15.9 points per game. D.J. Fenner (12.9 ppg), Cameron Oliver (12.4 ppg) and Tyron Criswell (12.2 ppg). The four players combine to score 69.7 percent of the Pack's points (1662-of-2383) and average 51.9 points per game.
• In 18 games this season, the Pack's bench has outscored the opponent's. Against Holy Names the bench scored 73 points and the Hawks totaled just 57. Nevada's bench totaled 62 points in the Fresno Pacific victory.
• Nevada's 119 points in the victory over Fresno Pacific is the most for the Wolf Pack since scoring 120 in a win over Loyola Marymount on Nov. 29, 1991 at Lawlor Events Center.
• The Pack set a new program record with 73 points in the second half against Fresno Pacific. It's the most since scoring 71 in the second half against Northwestern State on Dec. 19, 1991.
COACH MUSSELMAN NOTES
• Musselman could become the third consecutive first-year coach at Nevada to win 20 games if the Pack win again this season. He would join David Carter (21-13, `08-09) and Mark Fox (25-7, `04-05).
• Named the MW Coach of the Year by Bleacher Report.
• Musselman has coached against two former players this season that are now head coaches; Wayne Tinkle at Oregon State and Craig Neal at New Mexico. Both played for Musselman in the CBA for the Rapid City Thrillers.
• After coaching over 900 games at the professional level first-year head coach Eric Musselman won his first as a college head coach when the Wolf Pack defeated Coastal Carolina 73-56 to begin the season.
• Musselman became the fifth Wolf Pack head coach to win his season-opener since Nevada moved to NCAA Division I when the Pack defeated Coastal Carolina 73-56.
• Musselman tied the Nevada record for the best start by a first-year Nevada head coach after five games in the NCAA I era when he led the Wolf Pack to a 4-1 start.
Marqueze Coleman NOTES
• Senior Marqueze Coleman played a combined 21 minutes in two games at the MW Championships after missing three and one half games with an ankle injury. Expected to miss the Montana CBI game.
• Named the All-MW coaches and media second teams.
• Coleman scored over 30 points for the third time this season with a game-high 31 at UNLV and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds to record his first double-double at Nevada. Coleman also made a career-high four 3-pointers at UNLV.
• Is the 25th player in school history to score 1,000 points and his current 1,045 is 23rd in school history. He needs 16 for 22nd and 10 to move into 21st.
• Coleman's 20 free throw attempts in the UNLV game tied the school record and is tied for the third most in MW history in a conference game. The school record attempts is tied with three others, with the last one being AJ West against San Jose State last season. Coleman made 15 which tied his career high set earlier this season at Hawai`i.
• A total of 11 times this season Coleman has scored 20 or more points in a game, which includes three 30 plus point games. In seven-of-15 MW games played he scored 20 or more points.
• Coleman's 162 made free throws ranks 38th and his 212 free throws attempted ranks 45th in the nation. In 10 games this season he has attempted 10 or more free throws in a game. Coleman averages 5.7 made free throws on 7.3 attempts per game.
• Has set career season highs in points (460), free throws made (162), 3-pointers made (24), rebounds (127) and field goals made (137). The 24 made 3-pointers is one more than the total he made his first three seasons combined at Nevada.
• Coleman has had seven games this season where he has totaled five or more assists. His career-high 11 in the HNU game is the high in the MW this season.
• This season, Coleman scores 66 percent of his points (304-of-460) after halftime.
• Coleman's 15.9 points per game is nearly double his career average of 8.9.
• His 15.9 points on the season is sixth in the MW and 16.9 points per game in conference play is sixth.
• Coleman produced back-to-back 30 plus point games with 34 at Hawai`i and 31 at Pacific.
Cameron Oliver NOTES
• Freshman Cameron Oliver was named to the MW Championships All-Tournament after posting back-to-back double-doubles which were all game highs in the Pack's two games.
• Scored a career-high 26 points and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds in the quarterfinal MW Championships win over UNM and had 21 points and 10 rebounds in the semifinal loss to SDSU.
• Oliver set a MW record with 24 rebounds in the win over Fresno State and scored 20 points to post a 20-20 game which helped him earn MW Player of the Week honors.
• Named to the coaches All-MW third-team and defensive team. Media named him their Freshman of the Year and to their second team.
• Oliver again had a 20 rebound game with a game-high 21 at UNLV and added 14 points.
• Oliver set the Pack freshman record with 78 blocks which is also the fifth best season at Nevada.
• Oliver leads the MW averaging 2.4 blocks per game. Nationally he ranks 21st in blocks per game and 15th with 78 total blocks. At Oregon State he blocked a season-best five shots.
• Oliver has a block in all but two games and has tallied two or more swats in 23 contests this season.
• Second in the MW averaging 8.8 rebounds per game and a league best 9.8 in conference play.
• Oliver has a team-high eight double-doubles this season.
Tyron Criswell NOTES
• Senior Tyron Criswell's 20 points in the quarterfinal win in the MW Championships over UNM is his fourth game of 20 or more points in the last six. He also had 20 points against UNM in Reno.
• Posted game-highs with 23 points and a career-high 16 rebounds in the home win over Utah State. Then had 23 points and eight rebounds against Colorado State the next game.
• MW media selected him as their Sixth Man of the Year.
• Ranks 12th in the MW grabbing 6.1 rebounds per game and finished 10th in conference play averaging 6.4 per game.
• Criswell has registered five double-doubles this season in Wolf Pack victories; vs. Drake (10 pts, 12 rebs), at Wyoming (19 pts, 10 rebs), vs. UNLV (10 pts, 12 rebs), vs. FS (13 pts, 10 rebs) and vs. USU (23 pts, 16 rebs). His rebound totals in the Drake, Wyoming and USU contests were game highs.
• Netted double figures in eight of the last nine games and 19 times on the season.
D.J. Fenner NOTES
• Junior D.J. Fenner is second on the team and 15th in the MW averaging 12.9 points per game.
• Scored in double figures in seven of the last 10 games and eight of the last 12.
• Scored 14 points, 10 consecutive and 10 of the final 12 in the last 4:12 of the Utah State victory.
• Scored a career-high 24 points for the third time this season and fourth time in his career in the Colorado State overtime win. Also had 24 points at home vs. FS, at Oregon State and at Pacific last season. Five career 20-point games.
• Second in the MW making 85.7 percent of his free throws. Made 59 of his last 66 free throws.
• Fenner's 12.9 points per game is 4.8 more than his career average of 8.1 per outing.
ERIC COOPER, Jr. NOTES
• Eric Cooper, Jr. scored a career-high 24 points at UNLV in 39 minutes off the bench.
• Scored in double figures in seven of the last eight road games that includes a stretch of five in a row. Scored in double figures in 10 of the last 18 games.
• Led the team with 14 points at Colorado State.
• Tied his career and season high with four made 3-pointers at CSU.
• Cooper has made a 3-pointer in 24-of-32 games this season and three or more in 10 games.
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
• Elijah Foster had his first double figure rebound game of his career finishing with 11 in the MW Championships quarterfinal win over UNM.
• Foster Reached double figures for the first time scoring 11 points in the AF home win and again with 10 points in the overtime win over Colorado State.
• Freshman Lindsey Drew is fourth in the MW averaging 1.6 steals per game.
• Drew had career-highs with eight assists and nine rebounds in the CSU home overtime win to go along with his eight points.
