RENO, Nev. - After splitting a doubleheader with Sacramento State last Friday, the Nevada softball team will visit UC Davis for the Aggie Invitational where the Wolf Pack will face Stony Brook and the Aggies on Saturday, March 12, before taking on Seattle and Colgate on Sunday, March 13.
The Pack's 12-game win streak, tied for the second-longest win streak in program history, was snapped in the second-game of the doubleheader against the Hornets. Nevada was one more victory shy of matching the program record of 13-consecutive wins set back in 2008.
Nevada will be meeting Stony Brook and Colgate for the first time in program history while it goes up against UC Davis for the second time this season. The Pack trailed by two runs in the bottom of the seventh in the first meeting on Feb. 19 but came back to tie the game at 7-7 and win the game in extra innings, 8-7, on an RBI single from Megan Sweet.

• McKenna Isenberg, Brooke Bolinger and Chase Redington have also combined to lead the conference with a .250 opponent's batting average and 90 strikeouts.
WOLF PACK IN THE MOUNTAIN WEST
• Nevada ranks third in hitting and first in pitching in the Mountain West through the early months of the season.
• The new and improved Wolf Pack pitching staff lead the conference with an ERA of 2.59 and 90 strikeouts.
• After hitting .500 at the SCU Invitational, sophomore Jennifer Purcell ranks second in the league with six doubles and third with a .617 slugging percentage.
• Junior Raquel Martinez has also gotten off to a strong start as ranks in the top 10 in the MW in multiple categories including slugging percentage (.623, fifth), home runs (4, t-second) and runs (14, t-fifth).
