CHENEY, Wash. - The University of Nevada (0-3) dropped its first match of three scheduled in Washington this weekend. The Wolf Pack lost 5-2 to Eastern Washington (3-2) on Friday in Cheney.
The Pack continues the trip with a neutral site match with Montana (0-3) on Saturday. The match will be played at Gonzaga University in Spokane at 11 a.m. Sunday Nevada takes on Gonzaga (2-1) at 10 a.m.

Nevada lost the doubles point as EWU won two of the three matches. After the Eagles #3 team won the first complete double match, the Pack's top doubles team of Sheila Morales and Blaga Delic evened the competition with a 6-3 victory over EWU's team of Janaya Smith and Faye Worrall. EWU took the #2 doubles 6-3 to secure the first point of the match.
In the singles competition the Pack won the #1 and #2 matches. Claudia Herrero won the #1 singles in straight sets 7-5, 6-4 over Smith. Morales needed three sets to knock off Moira Hedberg 6-2, 4-6 and 6-1.
EWU won the #3, #4 and #5 singles matches in straight sets. Monika Magusiak fell in three sets at
#6 singles 6-3, 2-6 and 10-4.
