RENO, Nev. – This Saturday, Jan. 30, the University of Nevada athletics department will host its annual All-Sports Clinic at Lawlor Events Center prior to the women’s basketball game against Utah State.
The clinic is free to children in 7th grade or younger and will feature coaches and student-athletes from at least nine Wolf Pack sports teams. Doors open and check-in begins at 2 p.m. in the upper concourse (section 22) of Lawlor.
The clinic will begin right after check-in with an hour long, on-court demonstration from coaches and players of the women’s basketball team. Following that from 3-3:45 p.m., will be demonstrations from the rest of the participating teams, including football, softball, baseball, men’s basketball, rifle, soccer, volleyball and cheer.
All fans who attend the All-Sports Clinic are encouraged to stay for the women’s basketball game against Utah State free of charge (families of participating kids included as long as they are there for the clinic). Tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
