RENO, Nev. – 1,500 student tickets will be made available on a first come first basis on gameday of the Governor’s Series men’s basketball matchup between Nevada and UNLV on Saturday, Jan. 23 at 7 p.m.
A valid student ID must be presented in order to gain entry and all students are asked to enter through the south lobby of Lawlor Events Center. Doors will open at 5 p.m., two hours prior to tip off, and indoor queing areas will be available in the event of inclement weather three hours before tip at 4 p.m. For those in line, Blue Crew will provide a limited amount of Raising Canes and Blue Crew jerseys.
If the student section reaches capacity, a determination will be made on gameday to let in more students should additional seats become available. In the event of inclement weather, indoor queuing areas will be available for students.
