RENO, Nev. -University of Nevada head men's basketball coach Eric Musselman has announced that point guard Juwan Anderson has joined the Wolf Pack basketball team as a walk-on for this season. Anderson has enrolled at Nevada and is taking summer school classes.

"We are excited to have Juwan as a member of our 2015-2016 Nevada Wolf Pack team," Musselman said. "Not only is he a good basketball player, but he is an even better person. Juwan comes from a great basketball background having played at Bishop O'Dowd and Suffield Academy."

The 6-0, 165-pound guard is from Oakland, Calif. and played at Bishop O'Dowd High School. This past season he attended Suffield Academy in Suffield, Conn.

At Suffield he averaged 15.4 points, 5.2 assists, 2.8 steals and 2.3 per game.

While at Bishop O'Dowd High School he helped the Dragons to a second-place finish in the CIF title game. Anderson scored 11 points in the title contest.
