Nevada game notes 
NEVADA BACK ON THE ROAD AT PACIFIC
• Nevada (2-1) returns to the road at Pacific (0-2) on Saturday for a 7 p.m. game at the Alex G. Spanos Center with the Tigers. The game is the fourth in a row for the Wolf Pack to start the season away from Reno and first-year head coach Eric Musselman.
• Nevada's last win at Pacific was 77-70 on Dec. 3, 2005. The Pack have lost the last four games in Stockton, Calif. Including a 69-65 loss last season despite D.J. Fenner's career-high 24 points.
• Nevada is seeking to go 3-1 for the first time since the 2012-13 season.
STATS OF NOTE
• Senior guard Marqueze Coleman tops the Mountain West averaging 22.7 points per game. Of his 68 points scored this season 55 have come in the second half including 32 of his career-high 34 at Hawai'i.
• After coaching over 900 games at the professional level first-year head coach Eric Musselman won his first as a college head coach when the Wolf Pack defeated Coastal Carolina 73-56 to begin the season.

• Three Nevada players are averaging double figures;
Marqueze Coleman (22.7 ppg),
D.J. Fenner (16.3 ppg) and
Tyron Criswell (10.7 ppg).
Cameron Oliver (9.7 ppg) and
AJ West (9.3 ppg) are close behind, averaging just under 10 points per game.
• First-year head coach
Eric Musselman's professional head coaching record is 566-340. Musselman has coached professional in the NBA, CBA, NBA-DL and USBL.
• Nevada's two wins away from Reno this season equals the total from last year when the Pack 2-11 in away games and 0-3 at neutral sites.
• West recorded double-doubles in the first two games of the season; 12 points and 11 rebounds vs. CCU and 11 points and 12 rebounds vs. MSU
• Nevada is averaging seven blocks per game with 8 vs. CCU, 7 against MSU and 6 at Hawai`i. They are tied for first in the Mountain West and 23rd nationally.
• As a team Nevada is tied for first in the MW and 60th in NCAA I as opponents shoot just 35 percent against the Wolf Pack.
• Nevada is second in the MW and 30th nationally shooting 76.9 percent from the free throw line.

• Coleman's 34 points is the high in the MW this season and high by a Pack player since
Malik Story scored 35 points at home against Yale on Dec. 28. The last 30-point game at Nevada came on Jan. 22, 2014 at Fresno State when
Deonte Burton scored 32 points and
Cole Huff had 31 in a 96-86 double overtime Wolf Pack victory.
• Nevada has been outscored by its opponents 100-90 in the first half but have outscored opponents in the second half by 47, 141-94.
• The Pack's bench is averaging 24 points per game and opponents 20. Nevada's bench outscored Coast Carolina 27-14 and Montana State 35-25 but were outscored by Hawai`i 21-10.
• Coleman and
AJ West were named to the Outrigger Resorts Rainbow Classic all-tournament team.
• Freshman guard
Lindsey Drew started the first two games of the season but missed the Hawai`i game with a sprained ankle that he injured against Montana State. Freshman guard
Juwan Anderson also injured his leg in the MSU game and missed the UH game. He is scheduled to have an MRI.
• In each game a Nevada player has posted the game-high in rebounds and all three times it was a double figure rebound game; West twice with 11 vs. CCU and 12 vs. MSU while
Cameron Oliver grabbed 13 vs. Hawai`i.
• Oliver, a freshman, is averaging 9.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and two blocks per game in 25.3 minutes per game off the bench.
• Four freshman have seen action this season; Oliver, Drew,
Juwan Anderson and
David Cunningham.
• Nevada has won the rebounding battle in all three games; 46-45 vs. CCU, 40-33 vs. MSU and 38-37 against UH.
• All 12 players that traveled to Hawai`i saw action during the trip.
• In the MW Nevada ranks first in 3-point field goal percentage defense (23.6), third in scoring defense (64.7 ppg), third in scoring margin (12.3 ppg), and third in offensive rebounds per game (41.3 orpg).
• Five Pack players scored in double figures in the win over Montana State; Coleman (20 pts), Fenner (17 pts), Oliver (13 pts), West (11 pts) and Cooper, Jr. (11 pts). Nevada had four in doubles figures against CCU and three in the Hawai`i game.
• Coleman and Fenner have scored in double figures in all three games this season. West and Criswell have scored in double figures in two of three games to start the season.
• Sophomore
Elijah Foster started all three games at the Outrigger Resorts Rainbow Classic. It was the first starts of his Wolf Pack career.
