RENO, Nev. – University of Nevada sophomore Arantxa Medina recently competed at Mexican National Championships in Veracruz, Mexico July 14-19. The Hermosillo, Mexico native earned three top-five finishes at the championship.
Medina’s top finish was in the 200-meter individual medley taking second in a time of 2:19.93. In the 50-meter breaststroke she finished third and was fifth in the 100-meter breaststroke.
