RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada softball team will travel to Honolulu, Hawai'i to take on the Rainbow Wahine in a three-game WAC series beginning Friday at 9 p.m. Games two and three will be played as a doubleheader beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday.
Nevada is 9-22 (1-5 WAC), while Hawai'i is 25-12 (3-3 WAC). The all time series between the two teams stands at 18-17 in favor of the Rainbow Wahine.
The Wolf Pack is coming off a weekend series with Louisiana Tech, at Hixson Park in Reno, taking one of three from the Lady Techsters. Hawai'i comes into the series on a three-game slide, having been swept by Fresno State in its most recent action.
