The Nevada softball team is introducing its inaugural alumnae game as part of its fall-ball schedule, third-year head coach Matt Meuchel announced today.
This year's Wolf Pack team will take on former Wolf Pack players from throughout the past in a game on Saturday, Sept. 18 at Hixson Park. Admission to the game is free and the first pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m.
The game will be part of a five-game fall season for the Wolf Pack. Nevada will take on Feather River College on Sept. 22 and against on Sept. 29. On Oct. 10, Nevada whill host the Fall Invitational with three games at Hixson Park. Western Nevada College will take on Lassen College at 10 a.m. Nevada will play Lassen at noon and the Wolf Pack will play Western Nevada at 2 p.m. All games are free and open to the public.
