AUSTIN, Texas - La Tijera Avery recorded a top-20 finish in the high jump Saturday at the 2010 West Preliminary Round in Austin, Texas. 

Avery finished in a tie for 14th out of 43 competitors in the high jump with a jump of 1.74m (5-8.50) just off her PR of 5-8.75.

The West Prelims conclude the Pack's 2010 outdoor track and field season.
