Kevin Rodland is this week's Wolf Pack Athlete of the Week, presented by McDonald's for the week of Mar. 29-Apr. 4.
Rodland, a senior out of Snohomish, Washington (Snohomish HS), hit .455 (5-for-11) with 4 runs scored, 10 RBI, 3 home runs, 4 walks, a 1.273 slugging percentage and a .563 on base percentage play- ing every inning at shortstop as Nevada swept a three-game series from Seattle. He finished the weekend with 15 assists and one putout playing errorless ball.
The Pack travels to Las Cruces, New Mexico to face New Mexico State in a four-game series to start WAC play this weekend. That follows a Tuesday exhibition game against the Reno Aces at Aces Ballpark in Downtown Reno at 6:05 pm.
