The Nevada softball team will look to break a five-game skid on Friday when it opens up a three-game WAC series at New Mexico State.
The Wolf Pack and the Aggies were two of the top picks in the preseason conference poll but the teams enter this weekend's series with a combined 2-15 record.
The teams will play a doubleheader on Friday, beginning at 4 p.m. (PDT) in Las Cruces. The first game of the doubleheader will be carried live in Northern Nevada on Fox Sports Radio 1450 AM. Game two will be available at www.nevadawolfpack.com only.
The teams will meet again on Saturday in the final game of the series at 1 p.m. That game will also be carried on the radio at Fox Sports Radio 1450 AM.
