RENO, Nev. - University of Nevada baseball and softball tickets for the 2010 season are now on sale at the Legacy Hall ticket office or by calling 348-PACK and selecting option 2. The softball team opens the home schedule at Hixson Park in the Wolf Pack Classic on Feb. 26 versus Southern Utah while the baseball team will play its first home game on March 5 at Peccole Park with Central Arkansas.
A new promotion for the baseball and softball seasons allows for one child player wearing their baseball or softball game jersey to be admitted free with each paid adult.
The baseball team is scheduled to play 26 homes games at Peccole Park and two season ticket plans are available. Reserved season tickets are $135 and general admission season tickets are just $120. A limited number of reserved tickets behind home plate are available for $180. Single game reserved tickets are $8, general admission is $6 and youth grades eight and under and senior citizens may watch a game for just $4.
Hixson Park is scheduled be the site of a program-high 22 home games for the Wolf Pack softball team this season. Adults my purchase single game tickets for $7, youth grades eight and under and senior citizens may watch a game for just $4.
Parties of 15 or more can buy tickets to a Pack baseball of softball games for as low as $4 which must be purchased in advance.
