RENO, Nev. –As a special thank-you for the tremendous support the community has provided, the University of Nevada has produced a limited edition commemorative poster honoring the 2010 Wolf Pack football team exclusively for fans who purchased tickets through the university for the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl in San Francisco.
The poster, designed by Nevada’s creative director, Aaron DeWall, features a collage of photos from the Wolf Pack’s historic WAC Championship season. All nine of Nevada’s All-WAC selections, including Co-Offensive Player of the Year Colin Kaepernick plus WAC Coach of the Year Chris Ault are also featured prominently on the poster.
The posters will be available to fans during the bowl ticket pick-up times next week at Legacy Hall. Fans who purchased their seats through the Nevada ticket office will be able to pick them up Monday-Thursday, Dec. 27-30 and Monday, Jan. 3 at Legacy Hall on the Nevada campus. Tickets will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. those days. Parking will be available on the third floor of the West Stadium Parking Complex.
There will be two lines at Legacy Hall – one for current season ticketholders and one for non-season ticketholders - and each ticket account will receive the special commemorative poster.
Fans are also encouraged to bring cash and food donations for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada when they pick up their tickets at Legacy Hall. Food donation bins will be available at Legacy Hall.
In all pick-up locations, the person picking up the tickets needs to be the person on the ticket account. In keeping with our regular season policy, all ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds or reseats available.
The Wolf Pack will take on Boston College in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 9 at AT&T Park in San Francisco. Nevada has sold out of its bowl ticket allotment, but tickets for the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl are still available online at the bowl’s website, www.kraftbowl.org. Fans in Reno can also purchase tickets at the Lawlor Events Center box office, which is a Tickets.com outlet.
