Coming off the biggest win in school history -- a 34-31 win over then-No. 3 Boise State, the Nevada football looks to secure its share of a WAC title this week at Louisiana Tech ... A win would give the Pack a 7-1 mark in WAC play, which would tie Hawaii and potentially Boise State ... The game will be televised by the WAC Sports Network, which is available in Northern Nevada on KAME ... Nevada is ranked No. 14 in the AP Poll, No. 17 in the USA Today Coaches Poll and No. 17 in the BCS Standings ... The rankings for the latter two are the highest in school history ... The highest Nevada has ever been ranked in the AP poll was No. 10 in 1948 ... At 11 wins, this marks Nevada’s first double-digit win season in its FBS history (since 1992) and is the most wins since the 1991 team went 12-1 ... Nevada quarterback Colin Kaepernick has been named a semifinalist for the Manning Award, the Maxwell Award and is a finalist for the Unitas Trophy ...
