RENO, Nev. - University of Nevada basketball timeout luncheons begin on Tuesday, Nov. 9 with men's head basketball coach David Carter and women's head coach Jane Albright joining host Ryan Radtke at the Silver Legacy for the first luncheon of the year. The coaches will recap the past week's action and preview upcoming games. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and cost for the gourmet buffet is $17.
Coach Carter will host three additional Tuesday timeout luncheons at the Silver Legacy during the 2010-11 season on Dec. 7, Jan. 10 and Feb. 8. He will be joined during the year by his staff and other Nevada coaches.
Coach Albright will hold two more Tuesday luncheons at John Ascuaga's Nugget on Dec. 14 and Jan. 25. If you plan to attend a women's basketball timeout luncheon you are asked to RSVP by calling 682-6902.
