TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Nevada diving team wrapped up its final day of competition at the Wildcat Diving Invitational with four divers finishing in the top-15 of the platform championship.
Heather Ramirez (Sr., Mission Viejo, Calif.) led the Wolf Pack, taking seventh with a score of 203.65. Freshman Stephanie Hansen (Surrey, British Columbia, Canada) recorded a score of 203.35 to finish ninth. Grace Huang (Fr., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan) and Aniesa Debaji (Jr., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) placed 11th and 13th, respectively. Huang earned a score of 193.80 for her dive, while Debaji received a score of 190.05.
Junior Melyssa Charlton (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) finished 19th with a score of 184.15. Jennifer Arnold's (Fr., Reno, Nev.) score of 113.60 earned her 38th-place.
This was the first time this season the Wolf Pack divers had competed on the platform.
The Nevada divers will return to competition along with the swim team Dec. 4 against Western Athletic Conference foe Idaho.
