TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Nevada diving team concluded day one of the Wildcat Diving Invitational with two divers making it past the preliminary round ofthe 3-meter boards today.
Freshman Grace Huang (Kaohsiung City, Taiwan) recorded a score of 298.65 finishing third. The former 2010 Verizon WAC Diver of the Week has finished first or second on both boards in each of the Wolf Pack's dual meets this season. Huang finished ahead of divers from No. 1 Stanford, No. 6 Southern California and No. 7 Arizona. New Mexico's Aubrey Bush took first with a score of 313.05.
Junior Aniesa Debaji (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) took fourth in the 3-meter championship consolation with a score of 280.25. Debaji has scored well on both boards this season, finishing in the top-three in each of Nevada's dual meets.
