RENO, Nev. - University of Nevada rifle head coach Fred Harvey announced Friday his team’s 2008-09 schedule.  The Pack will begin training on Sept. 2.

“It is the most challenging schedule to date,” Harvey said. “We appreciate the support of our University of Nevada and the State of Nevada.”

The squad, expected to be led by seniors Andrew Hickey and Sarah Smith, will try to make its eighth consecutive NCAA Championship appearance this season.

The Wolf Pack has won 18 of the last 19 matches at home over the past 10 years. They will have four matches at home this season, taking on the Nebraska, the University of Texas El Paso and Texas Christian University, respectively. The Pack will meet UTEP four time this season, two at home and two on the road.
