RENO, Nev. - The Nevada women’s tennis team will open the 2008-2009 Western Athletic Conference Championship against Idaho Thursday at noon mountain time at Las Cruces, N.M.
The Western Athletic Conference announced Monday the seeding of the tournament and the Wolf Pack, finishing the season with a record of 8-10 overall and 2-2 in WAC play, earned No. 3 seed.
Pack Coach Sylvain Malroux will send seven of his players to the WAC Championship. Sophomore Laetitia Tan will not be playing due to injury.
