Pacific at Nevada

Postgame Notes:

-          With the 67-59 loss to Pacific (2-1) on Wednesday night at Lawlor Events Center, Nevada fell to 2-2 on the year and dropped a home game for just the third time in its last 16 home games.

-          The Wolf Pack is now 74-10 at home since the start of the 2003-04 season (.881).

-          Freshman Luke Babbitt led the team in scoring for the second consecutive game and the third time this season with 19 points. He is Nevada’s leading scoring this season at 15.5 points per game.

-          Babbitt was joined in double figures by sophomore Malik Cooke who had 13 points, one shy of his career high.

-          Babbitt also led the team with nine rebounds, while Cooke had seven.

-          Sophomore Armon Johnson led the team with seven assists and just one turnover. He is now averaging 6.3 assists per game and has the WAC’s best assist-to-turnover ratio at 4.17.

-          The Wolf Pack matched its season high with 12 steals, led by Johnson who had a pair.

-          Nevada will return to action this weekend, traveling to Portland on Saturday, Nov. 29 and to Colorado State on Tuesday, Dec. 2, part of a stretch of four of six on the road to start the season.
