Boise, Idaho The Nevada women’s tennis team was eliminated from the Western Athletic Conference Championships on Friday with a 4-0 loss to second-seeded Boise State.
Nevada, ranked No. 61 in the country, fell to 14-9 while 44th-ranked Boise State improved to 18-3.
Boise State won the doubles point by winning two of the three matches. Boise State then took four singles matches for the win, though Nevada was leading two other matches at the time.
