Reno, Nev. - The University of Nevada baseball team’s scrimmage that was to be held at Peccole Park on Friday with Sierra College has been cancelled due to impending bad weather expected in the Reno area. Sierra College was scheduled to drive to Reno on Friday morning and play the game before returning home and with the possibilities of cooler temperatures and rain the scrimmage has been cancelled. It could possibly be rescheduled at a later date.
The Pack have three more fall scrimmages scheduled with the next one slated to take place versus Lassen College on Oct. 20 at 11:00 a.m.
