Final Stats

RENO, Nev. (AP) - Mo Charlo scored 18 points and Nick Fazekas added 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead No. 20 Nevada to an 83-57 victory over Seattle Pacific on Tuesday night.

Marcelus Kemp added 10 points and reserve Denis Ikovlev had eight for the Wolf Pack (7-1), who are off to their best start since 1978 and have won 30 in a row while holding their opponent to 60 or fewer points.

Robbie Will had 17 points and eight rebounds for Seattle Pacific (5-1). Mike Bushmaker scored all 13 of his points in the second half and Tony Binetti added 12 for the Falcons, who are ranked fifth nationally in NCAA Division II.

Fazekas, a 6-foot-11 junior forward, moved into 10th place on the career scoring list at Nevada with 1,252 points, passing Nap Montgomery, who had 1,249 from 1964-66.

Charlo was 7-of-10 from the field and made all three of his 3-point attempts. He scored 10 points in the first 8 minutes, including two 3-pointers and a steal for a breakaway dunk, as Nevada opened an 18-10 lead and never trailed after that.

Fazekas scored five straight points and Charlo converted a three-point play when he was fouled on another jam off an offensive rebound to spark a 16-6 run over the last 9 minutes of the half for a 41-21 lead.

The Falcons missed their first seven attempts from 3-point range before Chad Williams made two in a row to cut the lead to 47-32 with 16:12 left.

Nevada responded with a 13-0 run capped by Chad Bell's 15-footer for a 60-32 lead with 12:35 to go. Bushmaker scored seven points in a 13-6 run that pulled the Falcons within 68-49 with 5:45 left, but they got no closer.
