Colorado Springs, Colo. - The University of Nevada's rifle team competed against the the U.S. Air Force Academy November 12 and 13 and defeated Air Force, 4613 to 4594, to move to 4-1 on the season.
Meghann Morrill led the Wolf Pack by taking first place honors in both events with a 584 in small bore and a 582 in air. Andrew Hickey took fourth place in small bore and Michael Tanoue placed second in air. Corrie Holmes and Eric Okamoto tied for fourth place honors in air.
The Wolf Pack rifle team will host their next match against the University of San Francisco January 28, 2006.
