RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada's rifle team competed against the the University of San Francisco October 29 and 30 and defeated USF, 4612 to 4157.
Eric Okamoto led the Wolf Pack in air with a personal best score of 581. Michael Tanoue had strong performances in both air and smallbore, scoring 580 in both disciplines. Meghann Morrill also had a strong performance, scoring 578 in air and 586 in smallbore.
The Wolf Pack rifle team's next match will be hosted by the United States Air Force Academy, November 12-13, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
